Discovery FCU has partnered with Coconut Software to offer a streamlined appointment scheduling service to our members and potential members.

The new online appointment scheduling service also provides our members an easy way to reduce their wait time in the lobby creating greater social distancing and allowing our employees to effectively clean and sanitize their workspaces between member appointments.
Investing in digital innovations that enhance the member experience and deepen relationships through personalized interactions continues to be a priority for Discovery FCU. In addition to appointment scheduling, Discovery is investing in digital improvements such as its newly designed and interactive website launched late February 2020, is currently developing a completely new and innovative mobile banking and online banking product with enhanced online applications that will be launched later this fall, and is researching state-of-the-art, digital, self-serve and technical services to deepen in-branch interactions.
