Online Appointment Scheduling
Discovery FCU knows your time is valuable, and we make it easy to schedule an appointment by phone, in person, or with our new Video Banking service handled through Zoom Video Meetings. When scheduling your appointment using our online appointment scheduling service, you’ll receive a confirmation of your appointment and friendly reminders of your upcoming appointment. A self-service check-in kiosk is located in our lobby to allow you to quickly and easily check-in when you arrive for your in-person appointment.

Scheduling an appointment offers you a convenient way to save time and make the most of your meeting with us. Scheduling an appointment allows you to:
- Speak to a specialist at a time that works best for you
- Tell us in advance what you would like to talk about so we can prepare
- Make sure there’s a specialist available to handle your needs when and how you prefer
Can I still go directly to your branch and meet with a representative without making an appointment?
Yes, you can still visit our branch without an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome.
My topic isn’t listed in the scheduling menu. Can I still make an appointment?
Yes. If your specific need isn’t listed, please choose the topic that is most similar. In the Appointment Details section, you can include more detail about what you would like to discuss. Please note not all services are available by video banking or phone appointments.
