How to Use Discovery by Phone

  • Call (610) 372-8010 or (800) 563-9383 from any touch-tone telephone
  • Once the greeting starts, press “2” to access Discovery by Phone
  • The first time you use Discovery by Phone, use the last six digits of the primary member’s social security number as your PIN. You will be required to change your password once you successfully login
  • Once you are registered with Discovery by Phone use it any time, 24/7, to manage your money

  • “Press 1” -Deposit account balances
  • “Press 2” -Loan account balances
  • “Press 3” -Transfer funds
  • “Press 4” -Make a loan payment
  • “Press 5” -Check withdrawal
  • “Press 7” -Change your PIN
