Sun Tributes to Promote Inclusion in Berks County

When it comes to being a pillar of Berks County, few organizations stand out and work as tirelessly to bring the community together as ProBerco. Discovery Federal Credit Union is proud to partner with ProBerco to promote awareness and inclusion for adults living with disabilities, helping them experience a meaningful sense of community involvement. From now until Friday March 27th, Discovery is offering sun tributes for $5 each, with all proceeds benefiting ProBerco. Each sun tribute will be proudly displayed with your name at the 2026 Harmony Walk, celebrating the spirit of inclusion and support.

Who is ProBerco?

ProBerco, formerly known as Prospectus Berco, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their mission is rooted in focusing on abilities rather than limitations, providing each member of their day program opportunities to learn, grow, and develop a wide range of skills. Through their programs, ProBerco envisions a world of possibilities where men and women with disabilities can live lives of choice, dignity, and grace.

Harmony Walk 2026

On Sunday, March 29th, ProBerco will host its annual Harmony Walk, a special event designed to raise funds and awareness for the organization. By purchasing a $5 sun tribute through Discovery Federal Credit Union, your name will be prominently displayed at the walk, showing your support for inclusion and celebrating a community where everyone belongs. Your contribution helps shine a light on the abilities, achievements, and potential of adults with disabilities.
